Keeping with its commitment to celebrate inspiration and performance, INFINITI Canada announces its partnership with the Indian International Film Academy (IIFA) Weekend and Awards. A world-renowned celebration of Indian film and culture, the 2011 IIFA weekend will be held for the first time in North America in Toronto June 23rd through June 25th.

As the exclusive automotive partner, INFINITI will supply Bollywood stars with luxurious transportation to and from events throughout the action-packed weekend, including the all-new 2012 INFINITI M Hybrid, INFINITI’s new high performance hybrid.

IIFA is the annual festival and awards ceremony for India's global movie industry. This is the first time the event will be held in North America in the festival’s 12-year history. IIFA is expected to attract over 45,000 visitors and 400 international media representatives to Toronto, and has a global audience of 350 million viewers. The appearance of this festival in Toronto is an acknowledgement of the city’s cultural diversity and support.
