Powerful, advanced turbocharged engine
The INFINITI QX50 uses the world's first mass-produced variable-compression turbocharged (VC-Turbo) engine.Opens in a new tab.3 The advanced 2.0-liter engine can seamlessly change its compression ratio to optimize for improved fuel efficiency or greater power output, depending on the driver's demands. It is rated for an impressive 268 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with an XTRONIC transmission that features Downshift Rev Matching and standard paddle shifters to help deliver a more engaging driving experience.

Tailored, functional design
The QX50 arrests attention with its sculpted look and muscular proportions, whichdraw on several key INFINITI styling cues. For example, the INFINITI brand's double-arch front grille and crescent-shaped rear roof pillar, along with prominent crease lines along the bodysides and a sleek roofline, give the QX50 a distinct appearance. Buyers can further personalize QX50 to their tastes with a choice between 19- and 20-inch wheels, and seven exterior colour choices comprising Hermosa Blue, Graphite Shadow, Slate Gray, Black Obsidian, Dynamic Sunstone Red, Lunar White and Radiant White.
QX50 is equally compelling for all inside, with highly curated interior materials that wrap around occupants. The second row of seats slide and recline, allowing for optimizing between legroom or luggage room, and folds flat to create up to 1,822.5 litres (1,842.3 with panoramic moonroof) of cargo space. A standard power liftgate, with available motion-activated function, eases access to cargo.

Standard ProPILOT Assist5 is equipped to help ease the driver's workload in certain driving situations. The system is equipped with steering assist which can help the driver stay centered within their lane and intelligent cruise control assists with acceleration and braking – ideal assistance for longer highway journeys.
QX50 provides responsive, highly functional connectivity with a standard INFINITI InTouch6 infotainment system that has an 8-inch upper and 7-inch lower screen, with wired Android Auto™ and wireless Apple CarPlay®. To keep devices connected, QX50 offers a total of four USB ports throughout the cabin and a standard wireless device charging pad.
