MISSISSAUGA, ONT. – As INFINITI prepares for the late summer introduction of its highly anticipated, all-new Q50 luxury sports sedan, the company today reported Canadian sales of 733 units, down 11.8 per cent from 831 a year earlier. Year-to-date, INFINITI has sold 3,651 vehicles, up more than 12 per cent versus 2012.

Leading INFINITI's May sales were the INFINITI JX 7-passenger luxury crossover, INFINITI G lineup and INFINITI EX with 267, 218, 139 units sold respectively.

"As the model year 2014s start to arrive on dealer lots in the coming months they'll be sporting our new nomenclature starting with the all-new INFINITI Q50 sports sedan," said Wendy Durward, Director of INFINITI Canada. "This will allow us to build further on our success with a growing line-up including the QX60 hybrid which arrives later this summer."
